Since Magento 2 is the leading ecommerce platform, I’m going to show you how to configure the contact us page in Magento 2.
Login to the admin panel of your store and navigate to Stores → Configuration:
Now click on Contact under the General tab:
Here, you will see the contact us configuration page with two sections - Contact Us and Email Options:
First, go to the Contact Us section and make sure that Yes is selected in Enabled Contact Us field:
Now move to the next section, Email Options:
Send Emails To: Enter the email address on which you want to receive the emails
Email Sender: Select name for identity which will appear as the sender of the message from Contact Us
Email Template: Select the template from the options which you want to use to send messages from the contact form
All done! Now just click on Save Config from the top of the page:
